Recycling

The County offers a Circuit Rider Collection Program operated by the Progressive Workshop. On the third Friday of each month, a collection truck is in neighboring Cadogan Township (in the Union Hall parking lot) from 10:00 AM – Noon, and in Slate Lick across from Novotny's in South Buffalo Township from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. They accept clear and colored glass, aluminum and bi-metal cans, plastic bottles, newspapers, books and magazines.

Garbage

Each resident must choose their own garbage collection contractor. There is no Township contracted garbage collection offered.
